Care in Our Nursing Home
Our nurses are trained to assist the elderly in daily tasks such as hygiene and bathing and ensure that they have proper nutrition. Our physiotherapy assistants also help in post-stroke recovery. Our staff engage the seniors in activities like arts and craft, helping them to remain mentally alert. Living with other seniors also ensure that they remain socially connected, enriching their lives.

All of us would like to provide the best possible home care for our loved ones. However, this is not always possible and there comes a time when a nursing home is a more suitable alternative.
At Precious Homes, we strive to help you care for your family members in their time of need. Our nursing and medical professionals assess our residents and classify them accordingly to their needs as per established international norms, in order to institute an appropriate care plan.
*Room and Board Monthly Rates (Before GST)
* Includes nursing care, meals and twice a week physiotherapy.
* Excludes special needs e.g. diapers and tube feeds (estimated $200-$500 per month)
Open ward only available in Senja Nursing Home.
Minimum Stay: 2 months
Pre-Admission Fee: $380
Deposit: 1 month
GST 9% and Ad-hoc Charges are not included
Respite care
Caring for our elderly is an act of love and responsibility but can often be rather challenging.. Respite or short-term stays of up to two months allow the caregiver and family to take a holiday or rest from their daily routine.
At Precious Homes, we will care for your loved ones while you take that much needed break.. Our nursing and medical professionals assess our residents and classify them according to their needs as per established international norms, in order to institute an appropriate care plan.
