A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed in the ward.

This policy balances safety and orderly visitor management while allowing guests ample time with their loved ones.
Masks must be worn during all face-to-face interactions with residents.
Please consult nursing staff before bringing any outside food for residents

02.  Is Laundry Service Included In The Monthly Fee?

Laundry services are provided exclusively for items issued by the nursing home. Pyjamas and nursing home attire are supplied, with colour-coded options: Blue for male resident and Pink for female resident.

03. Is Precious Homes An Approved Service Provider With Portable Subsidy?

Precious Homes is a private nursing home which we can accept Portable Subsidy cases from AIC.

04. Can Residents Bring Along Their Own Personal Consumables Which Include Milk Powder, Diapers And Gloves?

In our Nursing Homes, consumables such as diapers, milk powder, and gloves are provided. For private residents, these consumables are chargeable.

05. What Is The Arrangement For Billing And Payment?

Invoices are issued on the 1st week of the month. We do accept payment via PayNow, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, NETS, GIRO, Cash and Cheque.

06. Can your nursing staff communicate to residents with various and different languages?

Our staff are able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, and several Chinese dialects, including Hokkien, Cantonese, and Teochew.

We provide Asian cuisine for all meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and supper. All meals served are strictly HALAL-certified.

08. Will the nursing home make arrangements for hospital medical appointments?

Families are responsible for arranging medical appointments and sharing the appointment details with our nursing staff. Appointment notifications from hospitals or clinics can be provided via letter, SMS, or through HealthHub (which requires the resident's SingPass login).

09. What kind of activities are scheduled throughout the week?

We offer a range of activities and therapies, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, art and craft, music and movement, as well as recreational games such as mahjong, board games, card games, and Bingo.

10. Must residents adhere to the uniform provided by the nursing home?

Accepted Answer

All residents are required to wear the attire provided by the nursing home while on the premises. However, they may choose to wear either the nursing home attire or their personal clothing when going outside the facility.
